By Frank Wittkampf & Lucas Vieira MCP and similar services were a breakthrough in AI connectivity¹: a big leap forward when we need to expose services quickly and almost effortlessly to an LLM. But in that also lies the problem: this is bottom-up thinking. “Hey, why don’t we expose everything, everywhere, all at once?” Raw exposure of APIs comes at a cost: every tool surface pushed straight into an agent bloats prompts, inflates choice entropy, and drags down execution quality. A well-designed AI agent starts use-case down rather than tech-up. If you would design your LLM call from scratch, you…

Routing DNS traffic through a centralized, intelligence-driven service provides valuable insights—DNS queries can reveal connections to destinations ranging from malware, crypto mining, and phishing sites to categories like social media, finance, and illicit activities. Moreover, these domains are classified into specific applications that can be reviewed in Umbrella’s App Discovery report, which highlights the use of thousands of web, desktop, and mobile apps. Most of the digital economy’s spotlight falls upon the glamorous. Think viral content, multimillion-dollar games and tournaments, blockbuster game launches, and influencer-driven brand deals. But behind the glitz lies a stubborn bottleneck, the thorny question of getting money from companies to athletes, creators and tournament winners quickly, compliantly and at scale. While payments are never the main attraction, they are always mission-critical. “Payments are not sexy, but it’s infrastructure or service,” Payment Labs CEO Han Park told PYMNTS. “It’s your typical picks and shovels layer that needs to exist to help scale this industry.” Consider an eSports championship in which…

Check Point Software has expanded its Harmony SASE offering with the launch of Enterprise Browser, a tool designed to close one of the biggest gaps in enterprise security: unmanaged devices. The new feature extends Zero Trust protections to personal laptops, contractor devices, and third-party endpoints without requiring agents or corporate ownership. Built on Chromium, the Enterprise Browser creates an isolated, ephemeral workspace that applies enterprise-grade security controls during each session, removing all sensitive data once the session is closed. Unmanaged devices are a growing blind spot for organisations as hybrid work and third-party ecosystems expand. They expose companies to risks…
